To access the full features of the 999y Platform, you must register a personal account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and agree to update it promptly if any details change.
Each individual may maintain only one registered account on 999y at any given time. If duplicate accounts are detected, 999y reserves the right to close the additional accounts, void any associated bonuses, and suspend or permanently close all accounts held by that individual. Any withdrawable balance in duplicate accounts will be reviewed and may be forfeited where fraudulent intent is established.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify 999y immediately by contacting our support team. Until such notification is received and confirmed, all activity conducted through your account — including bets placed and withdrawals initiated — remains your responsibility.
As part of our obligations under international gaming licence standards and our anti-money laundering ("AML") procedures, 999y may require you to complete a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse may be permanently closed.

In the event of a discrepancy between in-game rules and these Terms, the in-game rules shall apply to that specific game. 999y reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, chargebacks or disputed transactions, or where continued operation of the account poses a regulatory or reputational risk to 999y.
Where an account is closed by 999y due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Verified withdrawable funds that are not subject to any ongoing investigation will be returned to the player via the verified payment method.
